The Story

This isn't theory. It's built from the inside out.

In 2022, I hit a wall I couldn't ignore. I was running a successful events business — handling everything myself. Sales, admin, setup, performing, packing down, driving home at 3 am. Every event. Every time.

One summer, I came home so exhausted I couldn't get out of bed the next day. I had to replace myself at a wedding I was booked to perform at. First time that had ever happened.

The gym I joined the day after wasn't for training. It was just to sit in the spa. Because I had nothing left.

The year after that, I rebuilt how I operated. Meditate daily. Fitness coaching. Structure I'd never had before. And everything changed — focus, energy, how I showed up at work and at home.

That's the experience behind the RISE Framework. Not a certification. Not a course. A real period of life that forced me to figure out — from scratch — how to stay consistent when everything else is pulling you apart.
